Stop Emotional Eating – Rather than my usual evening graze about the kitchen, I listened to this session. What GREAT suggestions about what to do instead of emotional eating. I can’t wait to be done with using food to sidestep my emotions and enjoy a healthy relationship with food again!
Master Your Eating Habits – This works! Each time I drive thru fast food alley without turning in or pull unhealthy items out of my grocery cart, it counts as a huge win! I’m still a little surprised when that happens.
